Add a Location for Mileage Entry (Time & Expense)

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can add a location in Time & Expense and use it as the start or end location for mileage entry. Alternatively, you can add locations for mileage entry in Cost Entry.

Note: To complete this task, you must have access to Finance & Administration and Time & Expense as defined in the Employee Cross-Company submodule under Settings.

To add a location for mileage entry:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Time & Expense .
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Time & Expense > Time Sheet.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Add Location .
  4. In the Add Location dialog box, enter the location name and address.
  5. Click OK.
    You can now use the new location as the start or end location for mileage entry on the Mileage Details tab of the Mileage Entry pane.
