Delete Pipeline Activities

Depending on your role in WorkBook, can delete pipeline activities from the prospect card. Alternatively, you can delete pipeline activities from the pipeline card.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To delete pipeline activities from the prospect card:

1. Display the prospect card. See Display the Prospect Card.
2. On the side toolbar of the prospect card, click Activities .
3. In the prospect card grid, select the pipeline activity that you want to delete.
4. On the top toolbar of the prospect card, click Delete Activity .
