CRM
Use the CRM module to manage your business relationships with clients and potential clients, build healthy pipelines, and identify the right opportunities for your organization. You can monitor your and your business interactions with existing clients, identify prospects, create pipelines and pipeline-related activities, and perform twelve-month summary forecasts. These can help to improve sales, boost profitability, and enhance customer service.
To use the CRM module, you must have access to CRM as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
Pipelines
Use the Pipelines submodule to manage your new business-related pipelines using multiple parameters, including the employee responsible, resource, contact, probability, status, stage, potential revenue, rating, and more. You can create or duplicate pipelines, as well as add contacts to pipelines.
My Activities
Use the My Activities submodule to monitor pipeline activities that are assigned to you. You can also add new pipeline activities, add the next activity, update activity information, and display the prospect card, where you can perform client- and prospect-related tasks.
Clients & Prospects List
Use the Clients & Prospects List submodule to add prospects to WorkBook, as well as new business opportunities for existing clients. You can also add new pipeline activities, deactivate clients and prospects, and display the prospect card, where you can perform client- and prospect-related tasks.
12-Month Summary Forecast
Use the 12-Month Summary Forecast submodule to view projected payment plans, approved price quotes, and work-in-progress (WIP) postings for the next 12 months. This submodule also displays the month-by-month breakdown of jobs and pipeline projects.
Resource Search
Use the Resource Search submodule to filter or perform searches based on prospect and activity data.
All Activities
Use the All Activities submodule to monitor all pipeline activities. You can also add new pipeline activities, add the next activity, update activity information, and display the prospect card, where you can perform client- and prospect-related tasks.
Pipeline Log
Use the Pipeline Log submodule to view changes by resource, employee responsible, date range, updated item, and the employee who made the update. You can also display the pipeline card, where you can perform pipeline- and activity-related tasks.
