Deactivate a Prospect/Client Contact Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can deactivate prospect/client contacts that you no longer need from the contact card - for example, if the contact has resigned from a client. You can assign that contact's activities to a new contact before deactivating the current one. You need to make inactive contacts visible before you can activate, anonymize, or merge them with other contacts.
