Unlink Profiles from Prospects/Clients

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can unlink profiles from prospects/clients from the prospect card.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To unlink a profile from a prospect/client:

1. Display the prospect card. See Display the Prospect Card.
2. On the side toolbar of the prospect card, click Profile .
3. Select the profile that you want to unlink from the prospect/client and click Remove Selected Profile on the top toolbar of the prospect card.
