Merge Prospect or Client Contacts
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can merge two prospect/client contacts into one regardless of their statuses. This process deactivates one of the contacts.
Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.
To merge prospect/client contacts:
- Display the prospect card. See Display the Prospect Card.
- On the side toolbar of the prospect card, click Contacts .
- On the top toolbar of the prospect card, select Show Inactive to display both active and inactive contacts.
- Select the contact that you want to merge with another contact and click Merge Contacts on the top toolbar of the prospect card.
- In the Merge Contact to Another Contact dialog box, select the contact that you want to merge with the first contact.
- Click OK.
