Manage Prospect/Client Folders and Documents

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can create, delete, or rename folders from the prospect card and use them to upload, create, edit, rename, duplicate, and download files and documents.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To manage prospect/client folders and documents:

  1. Display the prospect card. See Display the Prospect Card.
  2. On the side toolbar of the prospect card, click Documents .
  3. In the left pane of the prospect card, click Folder Menu .
  4. Select any of the following options:
    • Create Folder
    • Delete Folder
    • Rename Folder
    • Generate Default Folder Template
  5. Use the toolbar in the right pane of the prospect card to upload, create, rename, edit, duplicate, download, delete, or search for files and documents.
