System Variable 816: Set New Ticket Status when the Ticket Responsible Replies

Use this System Variable to specify the status to assign to a ticket when the ticket responsible posts a new comment on the ticket conversation.

You can customize the possible values of this System Variable; they also depend on what statuses have been created in your WorkBook system. To customize the values of this System Variable, go to Settings > Ticket Setup > Ticket Statuses.

This System Variable is blank by default.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
