Search for Email Standard Text Translations

Use the Reminder level setup tab under the Debtor reminders submodule to search for email standard text translations.

To use the Debtor Reminders submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for email standard text translations:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the email standard text translation that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Debtors > Debtor reminders.
4. Click the Reminder level setup tab.
5. In the Translations sub-grid, On the grid toolbar, use the Search in grid field to enter a keyword associated with the email standard text translation.
