Use Price List Calculator

Use the Price List Setup tab under the Price Lists submodule to use the price list calculator to get prices based on the selected activity, employee, data, and currency.

To use the Price Lists submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To use the price list calculator:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company for which you want to use the price list calculator.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Price Lists.
4. Click the List tab and highlight the price list that you want to use for the price list calculator.
5. Click the Price List Setup tab and on the right side of the grid toolbar, click .
6. In the Price List Calculator pane, provide the necessary information and click Get prices.
