Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can view or modify the information for specific projects in
Resources. The top grid of the client card for projects displays information such as the project purchase order (PO) currency, job price estimate summary, and person responsible for the project. The bottom grid displays the jobs on the project as well as job information like the job end date, job type, price to progress, cost to progress, price quote, and total expected spend.
Note: You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task.
To view or modify client project information:

On the main toolbar, click
Resources
.

On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon
, select
Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.

Select the client that contains the project information that you want to view or modify by completing any of the following actions:
- In the
Search in Grid field, enter the name of the client, then select it from the grid.
- Click the
Filter field next to the
Search in Grid field, select
Clients
as your filter, and select the client from the grid.

On the grid toolbar, click
Resource Information
/ to display the client card.

On the side toolbar of the client card, click
Projects
.

In the top grid of the client card, you can modify the following information:
- Project PO Currency
- Project Purchase Order
- Description
- Responsible
- Selectable on New/Existing Jobs
- Folder
- External Code
The bottom grid is read only.
