View Client Project Conversations

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can view and reply to conversations about client projects in Resources.

Note: You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task.

To view a client project conversation:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Resources .
  2. On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon , select Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the client for which you want to view a project conversation by completing any of the following actions:
    • In the Search in Grid field, enter the name of the client, then select it from the grid.
    • Click the Filter field next to the Search in Grid field, select Clients as your filter, and select the client from the grid.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Resource Information / to display the client card.
  5. On the side toolbar of the client card, click Projects .
  6. On the top toolbar of the client card, click the Project Conversation tab
  7. To reply to a conversation, select that conversation and enter a comment in the Comment field.
  8. Click Publish or Private.
    • Public: the conversation is visible to all companies in WorkBook and their employees.
    • Private: the conversation is visible only to the selected company and its employees.
