Delete Current Capacity Profile Exceptions

Use the Exception Capacity Profiles submodule to delete current capacity profile exceptions.

To use the Exception Capacity Profiles submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete the current capacity profile exception:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to delete a capacity profile exception.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Exception Capacity Profiles.
  4. Use the Exception drop-down list to select the exception capacity profile that you want to delete and click Delete current capacity profile exception .
  5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
