Add a Recurrent Booking

Use the Tasks submodule to create recurring bookings for tasks.

To use the Tasks submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a recurrent booking:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Jobs List and highlight the job containing the task for which you want to create a booking.
  3. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Tasks.
  4. On the Tasks screen, click the Tasks tab.
  5. In the grid, highlight the task for which you want to create a booking and click Task Settings on the tab toolbar.
  6. On the Task card, click the Basic Settings side toolbar, and click the Recurrence Booking tab.
  7. On the tab toolbar, click Add New .
  8. In the New Recurrent Booking dialog box, specify the required information and click OK.
  9. To duplicate a booking, click Duplicate Selected .
  10. To rename a booking, click Rename Selected .
  11. To delete a booking, click Delete Selected .
    To delete all recurrent bookings, click > Delete All.
