System Variable 1110: Commit and Approve WIP Adjustment Check: Raise Warning Message if Total Revenue Amount Exceeds Total Price Quote Amount

Use this System Variable to determine if a warning should be shown when trying to submit an adjustment where the WIP balance or revenue exceeds the total price quote amount.

This System Variable is disabled by default. When it is enabled, the following warning appears as the user completes the adjustment and sends it for approval:

Revenue is higher than the approved price quote

The user can click Cancel or Continue anyway. Clicking the Cancel button returns the user to the adjustment window to make the necessary edits.

WorkBook also displays the warning message to approvers when approving the adjustment. If the approver cancels the warning, the adjustment stays in their list of approvals until they either approve it or reject it.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
