Export Databoard Views in PNG Format

Use the Databoards submodule to export databoard views in PNG format.

To use the Databoards submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To export a databoard view in PNG format:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the databoard view that you want to export in PNG format.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Databoards.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the databoard of the view that you want to export in PNG format.
5. Click the View tab and click the databoard view that you want to export in PNG format.
6. On the tab toolbar, click and select Export as PNG.
   Note: This option is only available for chart view types.
