Use the Debtors in reminder tab under the Debtor reminders submodule to send debtor reminders via email.
To use the Debtor Reminders submodule, you must have access to
Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To send a debtor reminder via email:

On the main toolbar, click
Finance & Administration
.

If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company for which you want to send a debtor reminder via email.

In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click

Click the Debtors in reminder tab.

Select the reminder that you want to email and click
Send via email
.

In the Create debtor reminder mail dialog box, select the applicable options and click
OK.
WorkBook saves the email as a draft.

In the
Email draft pane, you can edit, delete, or send the reminder email.
