Copy the Values of a Company's Employee Absence Details Settings (Company Variable 70) to All Other Companies

Use the Company Variables submodule to copy the value of a company's employee absence details settings to all other companies.

To use Company Variables in the Company Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To copy the value of a company's employee absence details settings to all other companies:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company containing the company variable value that you want to copy to other companies.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Company Settings > Company Variables.
4. In the middle pane, click Employee Holiday.
5. In the right pane, at the right side of the Restrict Absence Details variable, click Copy Value to All Other Companies .
