System Variable 881: Mail Import Convert to Comment

Use this System Variable to provide the text that will be displayed in the From: field instead of the actual sending email address.

If the imported email is a reply email, WorkBook uses the value of this System Variable in the From: field in place of the actual sending email address.

For example:

From: WorkBook [mailto:support=[e-mail]] On behalf of WorkBook

The From: field displays On behalf of WorkBook, rather than the sending address [e-mail].

This System Variable is blank by default.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
