Use the Production Statuses submodule to remove production statuses.
To use the Production Statuses submodule, you must have access to
Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To remove a production status:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.

If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to remove a production status.

In the left pane of the Settings screen, click
.

Highlight the production status that you want to remove and on the grid toolbar, click
Remove the selected production status
.

In the Remove production status dialog box, use the drop-down list to select a replacement value for the status that you want to remove and click
OK.
Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook removes the production status at once. If you click
Cancel, the production status will not be removed.
