Search for Employees or Contacts in Conversation Groups

Use the Conversation Groups submodule to search for employees or contacts in selected conversation groups.

To use the Conversation Groups submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for an employee or contact in a conversation group:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the conversation group with the employee or contact that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Conversation Groups.
4. Highlight the conversation group with the employee or contact that you are looking for.
5. On the toolbar of the bottom grid, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the employee or contact.
