Settle a Purchase Order

Use the Purchase Order submodule in the Creditors module under Finance & Administration to settle purchase orders with a status of 40 (Approved) or 70 (Ordered).

To use the Purchase Orders submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To settle a purchase order:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company that contains the purchase orders that you want to settle.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Creditors > Purchase Orders.
  4. In the top grid, select the purchase order that you want to settle. You can select multiple purchase orders.
  5. On the grid header, click Settle Selected Purchase Orders .
  6. When WorkBook asks if you want to settle the selected purchase order(s), click Yes.
