Delete Task Conversations

Use the Tasks submodule to delete task conversations

To use Tasks, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete task conversations:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job associated with the task conversation that you want to delete.
3. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Tasks.
4. On the Tasks page, click the Tasks tab.
5. In the grid, highlight the task whose conversation you want to delete and click Task Settings on the tab toolbar.
6. On the Task card, click the Task Conversation tab, and click Show the Conversation Options > Delete Conversation.
