Display Settled Purchase Orders

Use the Costs submodule to display settled purchase orders in selected jobs.

To use the Costs submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To display settled purchase orders:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the settled purchase orders that you want to display.
3. On the side toolbar, click Costs.
4. Click the Purchases tab.
5. On the grid toolbar, select the Show settled PO's check box.
