Clear All Transaction Selections of Selected Creditors

Use the Remainder Handling tab to cancel all selections of selected creditors and start over. This operation cannot be undone.

To use the Creditor List submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the Employee Cross-company Access submodule under Settings.

To clear all transaction selections of a selected creditor:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company for which you will clear creditor transaction selections.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, select Creditors > Creditor List.
  4. On the List tab, select the creditor with the transaction selections you want to clear.
  5. On the Remainder Handling tab, click Clear all selections on the top grid toolbar.
  6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
