Use the Description submodule to select job suppliers to appear in purchase orders.
To use the Description submodule, you must have access to
Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To select a job supplier to appear in a purchase order:

On the main toolbar, click
Jobs
.

On the side toolbar, click
Jobs List and highlight the job with the supplier that you want to select to appear in the purchase order.

On the side toolbar, click
Description.

On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the description with the supplier that you want to select to appear in the purchase order.

Click the Suppliers tab.

Highlight the supplier that you want to appear in the purchase order and select the
Selected check box.
Note: You can only select one supplier at a time to appear in the purchase order.
