System Variable 44: Auto Document File Name Composition
Use this System Variable to specify the format that you want to use for document file names.
This System Variable enables users to specify the information that should be included in the document file names, as well as the order. WorkBook then uses this format when naming documents.
You can use the following strings for composing the file name:
- <TemplateInitial>-
- <DocTitle>-
- <Date>-
- <UserInitial>-
- <DocID>
The default value for this setting is <JobId>_<TemplateInitial>-<DocTitle>-<Date>-<UserInitial>-<DocID>.
