Use the Show expenditure amounts option under the Debtor invoices submodule to change the task of time entries in selected debtor invoices.
To use the Debtor Invoices submodule, you must have access to
Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To change the task of a time entry in a debtor invoice:

On the main toolbar, click
Finance & Administration
.

If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the debtor invoice that you want to change the time entry task of.

In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click
.

Highlight the invoice with the time entry that you want to change the task of and click
Show expenditure amounts
.
Note: This action is available on the Approved tab and the Jobs ready for invoicing tab.

In the
Show expenditure amounts sub-grid, click the Hours tab.

Click
and select
Change task on time entries.

In the Change task dialog box, double-click on the
Task field of the time entry that you want to change the task of and use the drop-down list to select the new task.

Click
OK.
