Use the Price submodule to insert expenditures from the current job to price quotes.
To use the Price submodule, you must have access to
Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To insert expenditures from a job to a price quote:

On the main toolbar, click
Jobs
.

On the side toolbar, click
Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote that you want to insert expenditures to.

On the side toolbar, click
Price.

On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote that you want to insert expenditures to.
Alternatively, click
Open price quote list
and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote that you want to insert expenditures to.
Note: You can only select a price quote that has not yet been approved or locked for changes.

Click
and select
Insert expenditures from current job.

In the Copy Costs from Job dialog box, highlight the activity cost that you want to insert to the price quote.

You can select the cost types, period, and transfer to invoice lines method that you want to include and use for the price quote.

Click
OK.
