View Client Tasks
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can view the tasks assigned to clients in Resources.
Note: You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task.
To view a client's tasks:
- On the main toolbar, click Resources .
- On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon , select Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.

Select the client that owns the tasks that you want to view by completing any of the following actions:
- In the Search in Grid field, enter the name of the resource, then select it from the grid.
- Click the Filter field next to the Search in Grid field, select Clients as your filter, and select the client from the grid.
- On the grid toolbar, click Resource Information / to display the resource information card.
- On the side toolbar of the resource information card, click Client's Tasks .

Use the top toolbar of the resource information card to perform the following tasks:
- Display the Task Card /
- Mark Task as Done
- Filter the Tasks
