Replace Activity Phases

Use the Activity Phase Settings tab under the Activities submodule to replace activity phases.

To use Activities in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To replace an activity phase:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the activity phase that you want to replace.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Activities.
4. Click the Activity phase settings tab.
5. Highlight the global activity that you want to replace and on the grid toolbar, click Replace phase .
6. In the Replace activity phase dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the replacement value for the activity phase that you want to replace and click OK.
