System Variable 884: Include Partially Invoiced Costs Amount in WIP Column in Pipeline Summary Forecast

Use this System Variable to specify if partially invoiced costs amount should display in the WIP Amount column of the 12-Month Summary Forecast (CRM > 12 Month Summary Forecast > Jobs in Progress tab).

You can select any of the following options for this System Variable:

• 0 - Only display open (not partially invoiced) expenditure
• 1 - Include partially invoiced expenditure
• 2 - Display open (not partially invoiced) expenditure AND sum of actual partial invoices

Partial invoices refer to invoices that bill time or materials that have already been entered on a job. A partial invoice keeps a job open for further invoicing and expenditure entry.

The default value for this setting is 1 - Include partially invoiced expenditure.
