Add New Capacity Profiles to Multiple Resources

Use the Default Capacity Profile submodule to add new capacity profiles to multiple resources.

To use the Default Capacity Profile submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new capacity profile to multiple resources:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new capacity profile to multiple resources.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Default Capacity Profile.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Add new capacity profiles to multiple sources .
5. In the Add Multiple Default Capacity Profiles dialog box, identify or select the applicable options and click OK.
6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
   Note: It is recommended to not update more than one company at a time.
