Filter Databoard Information

Use the Databoards submodule to filter databoard information.

To use the Databoards submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To filter databoard information:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the databoard information that you want to filter.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Databoards.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the databoard with the information that you want to view and filter.
5. Click the View tab and click the grid type databoard view.
6. On the tab toolbar, click .
7. In the dialog box, select the filters that you want to use on the databoard information.
   Note: When selected, the filters are applied automatically.
8. Click to close the dialog box.
