Databoards

Use Databoards in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to configure databoards. You can create, duplicate, delete, and enable databoards. You can also create, delete, and rename databoard views; add and delete databoard parameters; and add and remove access type records.

To use Databoards in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To schedule the export of databoard information, navigate toSettings > Advanced Tools > Databoard Export Scheduling.

Databoards provides the following tabs:

• View: Enables you to create, delete, and rename databoard views. You can also export databoard views in PNG format.
• Settings: Enables you to add and delete databoard parameters.
• Access Settings: Enables you to add and remove access types and users who have overview access.
• Statistics: Enables you to view the audit log of a selected databoard.
