Run Agents

Use the Agent Setup submodule to add run agents. This can be used to override an agent's indicated schedule and run it immediately.

To use the Agent Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To run a selected agent:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the agent that you want to run once.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Agent Setup.
4. Highlight the agent that you want to run and on the grid toolbar, click Run Agent Once .
   WorkBook lists this in the bottom grid as a run once schedule of the agent.
