Pipeline Activity Categories

Use Pipeline Activity Categories in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to configure activity categories. In WorkBook, you can use activity categories to further group activities. You can add and remove pipeline activity categories. You can also assign activity categories to activity types in Settings > CRM Setup > Pipeline Activity Types.

To use Pipeline Activity Categories in the CRM Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

You can use pipeline activity categories in CRM > All Activities > Prospect Card > Activities and in CRM > All Activities > Pipeline Card > Pipeline Resource Activities.
