Edit Dimension of Price Quote Approver Roles

Use the Price Quote Approval submodule to edit the dimension of price quote approver roles.

To use the Price Quote Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To edit the dimension of a price quote approver role:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the price quote approver role that you want to edit the dimension of.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Price Quote Approval.
4. Highlight the price quote approver role that you want to edit the dimension of and click Limit approval role to only affect items with this dimension .
5. In the Manage Dimension dialog box, use the drop-down lists to select the applicable dimension and the corresponding detail.
   Note: You can select a dimension value or detail separately.
6. Click OK.
