Approve a Creditor Payment Proposal

After validating the payment lines, you may approve a creditor payment proposal.

To use the Creditor Payment Proposals submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the Employee Cross-company Access submodule under Settings.

To approve a creditor payment proposal:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company for which you want to approve a creditor payment proposal.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Creditors > Creditor Payment Proposals.
  4. Click the List tab.
  5. In the grid, select the creditor payment proposal that you want to approve.
  6. Click the Payment Lines tab.
    Use this tab to validate or delete payment lines for the selected creditor payment proposal.
  7. On the Payment Lines tab toolbar, click Approve Payment Proposal .
  8. When WorkBook asks if you want to approve the payment proposal and create a journal, click Yes.
