Define Optional Fields for Prospect/Client Contacts

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can define optional fields for prospect/client contacts.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To define optional fields for a prospect/client contact:

  1. Display the contact card. See Display the Contact Card.
  2. On the side toolbar of the contact card, click Optional Fields .
  3. Enter your comment and the names of the optional fields in the fields provided.
