Perform Mass Update of Price Lists

Use the Price List Setup tab under the Price Lists submodule to perform mass updates of price lists and create a new pricing for all hourly rates.

To use the Price Lists submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To perform a mass update of price lists:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the price lists that you want to perform a mass update of.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Price Lists.
4. Click the Price List Setup tab and click Mass update of price list .
5. In the Mass Update of Price List dialog box, enter or identify the necessary information and click OK.
