Move Activity Phases Up and Down

Use the Activity Phase Settings tab under the Activities submodule to move activity phases up and down.

To use Activities in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To move an activity phase up and down:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the activity phase that you want to move up and down.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Activities.
4. Click the Activity phase settings tab.
5. Highlight the activity phase that you want to move and click Move phase up or Move phase down , as applicable.
