Search for Job Request Templates

Use the Contact New Job Request submodule to search for job request templates.

To use the Contact New Job Request submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a job request template:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the job request template that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Contact > Contact New Job Request.
4. At the top of the middle pane, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the job request template.
