Download Email Attachments About Debtors or Creditors

The Emails tab displays your email communications with the debtor or creditor that you selected on the List tab. You can download all email attachments as a zip file.

To use the Debtor List submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To use the Creditor List submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the Employee Cross-company Access submodule under Settings.

To download all email attachments about a debtor or creditor:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company for which you want to download debtor or creditor email attachments.
  3. Take one of the following actions:
    • In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, select Debtors > Debtor List.
    • In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, select Creditors > Creditor List.
  4. On the List tab, select the debtor or creditor connected with the email whose attachments you want to download.
  5. On the Emails tab , select the email and click Download All Attachments as a Zip File on the grid toolbar.
    WorkBook downloads the attachments as a ZIP file to your local machine.
