Manage Your Client List

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can manage your client list by adding, pinning, or unpinning clients in Personal Information.

To manage your client:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Time & Expense .
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Personal Information > My Settings.
  3. On the side toolbar of the right pane, click Your Client List .
  4. On the top toolbar of the right pane, click Further Options .
  5. Select any of the following options:
    • Create New Client
    • Pin All Clients
    • Pin All Clients with Active Jobs
    • Pin All Clients with Active Jobs in My Company
    • Unpin All Non-fixed Clients
    • Unpin All Clients Without Active Jobs
    • Unpin All Clients Without Active Jobs in My Company
    • Unpin All Inactive Clients
    • Unpin All Active Clients
