Add New Conversation Groups

Use the Conversation Groups submodule to add new conversation groups.

To use the Conversation Groups submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new conversation group:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new conversation group.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Conversation Groups.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Add New .
  5. You can edit the Group Name field by double-clicking on it.
