Duplicate a Phase (from the Phase Settings Screen)

Use the Tasks submodule to duplicate phases.

To use Tasks, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To duplicate a phase:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job containing the phase that you want to duplicate.
3. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Tasks.
4. On the Tasks page, click the Tasks tab.
5. On the grid toolbar, click the Gantt view.
6. In the grid, highlight the phase that you want to duplicate and click Phase Settings on the tab toolbar.
7. On the toolbar of the Phase Settings screen, click Duplicate Phase .
8. In the Duplicate Phase dialog box, select an option and click OK.
   WorkBook displays the phase in the grid.
