View Task Capacity Settings

Use the Tasks submodule to view task capacity settings.

To use Tasks, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To view task capacity settings:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job associated with the task whose capacity settings you want to view.
3. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Tasks.
4. On the Tasks page, click the Tasks tab.
5. In the grid, highlight the task whose capacity settings you want to view and click Booked Resources on the tab toolbar.
6. In the bottom grid, highlight a resource and click Context Menu > Task Capacity Settings.
   Alternatively, click Task Capacity Settings on the toolbar of the bottom grid.
   WorkBook displays the information in the right pane of the bottom grid.
