Search for Standard Phase Texts

Use Standard Phase Texts in the Company Settings submodule in the Settings module to search for standard phase texts.

To use Standard Phase Texts in the Company Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a standard phase text:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the standard phase text for which you are looking.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Company Settings > Standard Phase Texts.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the standard phase text.
