Ticket Categories
Use Ticket Categories in the Ticket Setup submodule in the Settings module to configure categories that you can use to filter tickets. You can add and remove ticket categories.
To use Ticket Categories in the Ticket Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
